Accessibility and support services differ by hospital campus, hotel, transport provider, city, date and the patient's condition. We cannot guarantee barrier-free access, medical equipment, a particular room, continuous accompaniment, hospital admission, emergency response or clinical suitability.

Please share mobility aids, transfer needs, expected stamina, companion arrangements and any discharge restrictions from the treating team. Do not assume that a transport arrangement includes medical assistance or that a companion can replace professional clinical support.

The treating hospital determines whether and when a patient can leave, travel, fly or undertake rehabilitation. We can help plan practical arrangements around those instructions but do not assess readiness for discharge or travel.

If a patient is travelling with children or needs family support, plan entry documents, accommodation, supervision, hospital visiting rules and flexible timing early. Hospitals may have their own rules for companions and visitors.

This service is not emergency medical transport, nursing, supervision or clinical monitoring. Seek local emergency help immediately for urgent symptoms or a deterioration in condition.
