Editorial Policy
Our content is designed to help international patients ask better questions—not to replace advice from a licensed clinician, hospital or authority.
Editorial purpose
We publish practical, source-linked information about navigating healthcare, travel and non-clinical support in China. Content must distinguish verified facts, reported cases, estimates and our own practical interpretation.
Research standards
Writers should prioritize official hospital pages, Chinese government authorities, peer-reviewed literature and clearly attributed primary reporting. Material claims should be traceable to a named source and checked for date, institution and context.
Writing and review
Every substantive article identifies an editorial author and a safety reviewer. Review checks service boundaries, unsupported medical claims, source quality, privacy, conflicts and whether time-sensitive information is clearly dated.
Medical boundaries
We do not publish individual diagnosis, treatment selection or outcome guarantees. Treatment descriptions must state that eligibility and decisions belong to licensed hospitals and clinicians.
- Patient stories are examples, not evidence of a typical result.
- Price ranges are planning context, not quotations.
- Hospital profiles are informational and are not rankings.
Independence and commercial disclosure
Payment, referral or cooperation relationships that could affect a page must be disclosed near the relevant content. Sponsored placement must never be presented as independent clinical judgment.
Updates
Each article carries a published or reviewed date. High-impact changes to entry rules, hospital details, treatment availability or cited data should trigger a fresh review; older content may be corrected, archived or removed.
Use of AI-assisted tools
Tools may assist with drafting, organization or translation, but a responsible human editor must verify factual claims, sources, tone and safety boundaries before publication. AI output is not treated as a source.
