Service fees & boundaries

Depending on the enquiry and confirmed scope, we may offer practical coordination support, interpretation arrangements, local accompaniment planning, transport and accommodation coordination, and help preparing non-clinical questions for a provider.

• Scope is confirmed before a paid coordination service begins.
• Availability, language pair, location and hours may affect any support quotation.
• We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment selection, prescriptions or emergency care.

Hospitals and licensed clinicians determine whether to review or accept a case, what care may be appropriate, who provides it, the treatment timeline and all hospital medical charges. A coordination enquiry is not a hospital acceptance or a medical recommendation.

• Ask the hospital for its own written estimate and payment instructions.
• Confirm which hospital services are included and which may change after assessment.
• Do not make treatment or travel decisions solely from a general price comparison.

Where China Med Links charges for a practical service, the quotation should identify the service, provider where relevant, time or date scope, currency, payment recipient and material exclusions. Translation, transport, accommodation and hospital charges should not be blended into an unexplained single amount.

We do not guarantee hospital acceptance, appointment availability, visa or entry permission, treatment outcomes, recovery results, final medical bills or insurance reimbursement. If a referral, commercial relationship or compensation arrangement is material to a patient decision, it should be disclosed before the patient commits to the relevant service.
