Terms of Service
These terms govern the non-medical information, translation and coordination services provided by China Med Links.
Our role
China Med Links is not a hospital, clinic, insurer or medical practice. We do not diagnose, prescribe or make treatment decisions.
Hospital relationship
Medical assessment, acceptance, estimates, consent and treatment are provided directly by licensed medical institutions and professionals.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, review translations and arrangements, ask clinical questions directly to the hospital and comply with travel and payment requirements.
Fees
Platform service fees must be itemized separately from hospital charges. Scope, payment timing and cancellation terms should be confirmed before paid work begins.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee hospital acceptance, appointment dates, medical outcomes, visa approval, insurance reimbursement or final medical costs.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, China Med Links is responsible only for the non-medical services expressly agreed with the client.
