Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the service stage and third-party costs already incurred.
Before work begins
A service cancelled before substantive work begins is generally eligible for a refund, less disclosed payment processing costs where applicable.
Work in progress
Completed translation, research, coordination time and non-refundable third-party reservations may be deducted from any refund.
Hospital charges
Hospital deposits and medical refunds are governed by the treating institution's own policy and are not controlled by China Med Links.
Travel services
Airlines, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers apply their own cancellation terms.
