The correct airport, hospital campus and arrival time matter more than the distance shown on a map.
Identify your arrival airport
Tianfu International Airport and Shuangliu International Airport serve different routes and sit in different parts of the city. Check the airport code before arranging pickup.
Do not travel to the hospital by assumption
Confirm whether the first destination should be the hospital, a hotel or another appointment location. Routine arrivals and medically urgent transfers require very different arrangements.
Plan for mobility and luggage
Tell the coordinator about wheelchairs, walking limitations, bulky medical equipment, the number of companions and luggage before vehicle selection.
Keep emergency transport separate
Ordinary pickup is not an ambulance or medical transfer. Patients needing monitoring or urgent care must use an appropriately licensed emergency service.
